30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date the item is received. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Returns requested after 30 days from receipt cannot be accepted.

Eligibility & Condition

Items must be in resalable condition. Include all tags, packaging, and accessories. Worn, modified, or damaged items may be refused. Final sale items, where clearly marked, cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at support@premierstylecollectionhub.com or (866) 744-5662 with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
4. Ship to Ecom Fire INC, 4711 34th St. N. Suite F, St. Petersburg, FL 33714. Retain tracking for your records.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original Visa or Mastercard within 5–7 business days after inspection. Allow an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error — damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will cover return shipping in those cases and provide a prepaid label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at support@premierstylecollectionhub.com or (866) 744-5662 with your order number and a short description. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Contact us first to confirm availability of the desired item before returning the original.
